sauna must rely on an indirect means of heat to produce
its heating effect on the body (convection - air currents
- and conduction), which means our skin has direct contact
with hot air. A far infrared heater heats only 20 percent of
the air, leaving over 80 percent of the heat available to

| What is FAR Infrared
Sauna (FIR) ? |
The sun is our principal source of infrared heat. As the
sun's rays hit the surface of the earth, what we perceive
as heat is in fact far infrared waves. Infrared heat is

SAFETY OF INFRARED RADIANT

| How to Set Up Far Infrared

Plug Portable Far
Infrared Home Sauna power socket into electrical outlet.
If an extension cord must be used, it should be less
than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances
should be connected into the same extension cord. |

After sitting on folding chair
inside the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close
the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the
Velcro strap around the neck. |

Extend hands outside the sauna
through the hand slots to set controls. |

Press the POWER button once
to activate the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED
digital display shown in the display window. Press
TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The
timer will simultaneously turn on the heater and the
FIR, automatically counting down to 0 before shutting
off power. |

Press the FOOT button to turn
on the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna heating element
and FIR on the foot pad. If the foot pad is too hot,
move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again
to turn it off. |

Once a thorough sweat has been
achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control
Box and cool down. |

Wipe off sweat from the chair
and cushion and close down the Portable Far Infrared
Home Sauna, performing the above procedure in reverse.
